17th & 18th July
HEY TEAM!
here we go, what we are going to do this saturday is what we're going to be having in years to come but in a larger scale, so lets be faithful little that we have cos the bible says:
Matthew 25:23 His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!'
so lets give it our all with what we have =) I've written a lot but do read em all so practice would be smoother =) lets give our best to God by preparing well even preparing for practice =)
the musicians are!
Drums: Mark
Bass: Jason
Guitar: Richmond
Keyboard (One): Alisa (Lead)
Keyboard (Two): Abraham (Rhythm)
Singers: Michelle, Jerold and Vvn
Here are the songs!
Holding on - Planetshakers (Original)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuqaJ7SLZ4M&feature=related
Notes:
1.The lead guitar riff would be played by Alisa. (except the part going into the bridge, that is where Richmond will be playing the lead riff while Alisa plays the rhythm) on any other occasion Alisa will be playing keys all the way
2. While Abraham would be playing 'Rock Organ' throughout the entire session,
3. I want this song to be like the video you've watch =)
On the side note, the back up singers would only be coming in before the bridge starts, yes the back ups only step on stage before the bridge starts,
Free - Planetshakers (Original)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Di8SYLk9U3k&feature=related
Notes:
1. Once again the lead guitar riff would be played by Alisa.
2. End in F yeahh so we can flow with the next song that starts with an amazing intro
From the inside out - Hillsongs (NEW INTRO)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0D6_2PI4vg
Note:
1. I've listen to the entire song already and they're playing it in B! but we're going to do it in C the original key,
2. Mark will count us of with the low toms, Alisa will be playing that riff you hear in the video, while jason and abraham will playing the chords, so acoustic and electric guitar will coming much later
3. All in all follow the original =)
Stronger - Hillsongs (Original)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZBPD-T20t0
Note:
1. follow the original =)
2. Rich I really need you to learn instrumental exactly so I can reach those high notes =)
No Reason To Hide - Hillsongs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGNf2pVpAMo&feature=related
Note:
1. Follow the original =) you can play this version or the united version =)
sorry for the slow update team, i have a lot in my mind and a lot of things to take care of. Will update more =)
Will email the songs to you all =)

The 4th of July
Hey team! its a pleasure to be serving with you all once again!
This time around, I am going to be implementing something different,
the notes are very important to read and of cos by reading it, it would help to make the practice smoother and more time efficient.
I believe our worship band is already good in what we do, too good to be honest ;) so lets take this to a whole new level; double guitarist, double keyboards and more dynamics =D
so do read the notes to come prepare for practice =)
we are going to have a Big event this coming 17th July! a friendship connection/outreached week and we're having Pastor Ben! so i might be doing the same set.
once again do take the notes into consideration =) i know we are still new in bringing dynamics in and the first step is always the hardest but we've come a long long way, and i know we have succeeded many times in the past, and if we could do that, we can do this =)
